At Dimple Color, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
